WHAT IS STYLE CASH?
Style Cash is a program for customers to get more savings at Gap Factory. The coupons can be earned and redeemed during specific 'Style Cash' periods throughout the year.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STYLE CASH?
There are five Style Cash denominations, $25, $50, $75, $100 and $125. You will only receive one coupon per transaction while supplies last. For customers shopping in our retail stores, the cashier will hand you the appropriate coupon based on your earn purchase total. For online customers, you will receive your Style Cash coupon via email within approximately 24 hours of completing your qualifying purchase.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY STYLE CASH?
You can redeem $25 in Style Cash for every $50 you spend at Gap Factory during the specified redemption period. Maximum redeem per transaction is $125 in Style Cash. If you earned $50 in Style Cash, you do not have to spend $100 to redeem. You have the flexibility to spend as little as $50 and still save $25 off your purchase. However, you will forfeit the remaining $25 of potential Style Cash value. You can use one Style Cash coupon with a single transaction, but there is no limit to how many Style Cash coupons you can redeem overall. Style Cash is not valid at Gap, www.gap.com, or at our Hebron clearance center.

CAN I COMBINE MY STYLE CASH WITH OTHER COUPONS?
Style Cash is not combinable with select offers, promotional codes, or coupons. The following Gap Cardmember offers are combinable with Style Cash on purchases made in retail stores only: Rewards, first purchase discount, 10% Tuesday, and 10% Welcome Savings Pass.

EARN STYLE CASH
- Qualifying merchandise purchases at participating Gap Factory stores, Gap Outlet stores, Gap Outlet Kids & Baby stores, and online at www.GapFactory.com in the United States & Puerto Rico, and only in-stores in Canada, during eligible time periods will earn Style Cash coupons which can be redeemed for a discount on a future purchase during a subsequent eligible time period. Style Cash cannot be earned at other Gap Inc. brands stores or websites, online in Canada, or in our clearance centers.

- Limit one Style Cash coupon earned up to a maximum of $125 per transaction within the eligible earn time period.
- Store purchasers will receive a Style Cash coupon from an associate while supplies last based on the qualifying transaction total. Online purchasers will receive a Style Cash coupon via email based on the qualifying transaction total.

- If the amount of a purchase is less than the threshold to use the full value of a coupon, any unused balance of the Style Cash coupon will be forfeited.
- Style Cash coupons are valid for one time use only, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers/discounts or employee discount (except Gap Inc. credit card holders can redeem up to 3 reward certificates in addition to Style Cash in a single transaction).
- Style Cash coupons must be presented at time of purchase in store, or code entered at online checkout.
- The amount of discount to the purchase price resulting from the application of a Style Cash coupon will be allocated equally across all items purchased in the transaction.
- If you return some or all of the merchandise purchased with a Style Cash coupon, the dollar value discount of the Style Cash coupon will not be refunded or credited back.
- Gap Factory is not responsible for lost or stolen Style Cash coupons.
- Style Cash coupons cannot be applied to previous purchases.
- Style Cash coupons cannot be used toward payment on a Gap Inc. family branded credit card account.
- Style Cash coupons are non-transferrable and not for resale.
- Any unused Style Cash coupons remaining after the valid redemption period are forfeited.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating in the Style Cash Program (“Program”), customer agrees to release and hold harmless Gap Factory, and its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, which may occur in connection with the Program, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of Style Cash. Gap Factory reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Program should cheating, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Program.
